Luxury 386m2 Architectural single level Home

We purchased a two bedroom package build with Latitude homes for my wife's parents to live in. Overall we are very happy with the process and outcome. The build took approx 6 months, although if you include waiting for building and resource consent the whole process has taken about a year. The home is good quality and well designed. The trades people were skilled and efficient. We were able to make amendments to the original design to suit our needs and could select from a range of products and colours. As with any build, there were a few challenges along the way, however we found Latitude were good about working through issues professionally and promptly. The monthly updates were useful, and the team were always happy to answer any questions and talk through plans in person. They were very accessible and friendly. We would highly recommend working with Mike and Gauri along with the rest of the team at Latitude. Latitude went to extra effort to have the house completed by Christmas which we really appreciated. From the initial enquiry right through to the key handover we found the Latitude team professional and friendly throughout.

Thank you Mike and Gauri for helping us build our dream home! We initially opted for Golden Homes but soon found that any changes/ modifications to design were very expensive. Same time, we came across Latitude Homes advert on Facebook and visited their show home .We soon contacted Mike at Auckland Hobsonville office. They not only gave us very good pricing for the built but customised the design to our liking without any further charge. The start and completion of project was as per timeline and within budget. Latitude Homes team would regularly visit site to check things and updated us every step of the way. They also assisted with water meter and new Vector connection. Their electrician Bevan, was also a very nice and knowledgeable guy. He did few upgrades for us and was good to deal with.
