At Latitude Homes, we take care of everything from excavations, floor construction, builders, electricians, plumbers, and painters, to building consent issues and inspections. We will meet with you on-site to inspect your new home and keep you informed with regular progress reports.

We provide the 10 year Master Builders Guarantee, which covers loss of deposit, defects in materials and workmanship during the construction of your home. Once your home is complete, we'll walk through it with you to ensure you're completely happy with your completed home. At this point, we'll hand over the keys to your new home along with a welcoming gift for you to enjoy as you move in and celebrate your brand new home.
