Latitude Dunedin are an exceptional team. From design to completion, they were approachable, guiding, understanding and patient with us as first build clients. The proactive initial site visit meant they understood immediately what we were trying to achieve, their project cost was realistic and we learnt so much during the process that in some ways it's a shame our new home is everything we dreamed of because it means we don't get to build again with Latitude Dunedin.

Highly Recommend the Team at Latitude homes Otago Southland! We built with the team in 2021 , they have a team of highly skilled trades companies who were on time and the workman ship and communication was great! Nothing was a problem and our Rural needs for Tanks and septic were not a problem, we were able to customise our plans to suit our large family easily. All products supplied were of really high quality and the pricing very reasonable. WE ARE SO HAPPY IN OUR QUIET WARM BEAUTIFUL HOME THANK YOU!
