This enabled an easy and streamline process, which was particularly important to us given the complexities the Covid 19 pandemic brought to the building industry, but also because we were overseas residents during this time. Highly Recommend the Team at Latitude homes Otago Southland! We built with the team in 2021 , they have a team of highly skilled trades companies who were on time and the workman ship and communication was great! Nothing was a problem and our Rural needs for Tanks and septic were not a problem, we were able to customise our plans to suit our large family easily. All products supplied were of really high quality and the pricing very reasonable. WE ARE SO HAPPY IN OUR QUIET WARM BEAUTIFUL HOME THANK YOU!
