Latitude Dunedin are an exceptional team. From design to completion, they were approachable, guiding, understanding and patient with us as first build clients. The proactive initial site visit meant they understood immediately what we were trying to achieve, their project cost was realistic and we learnt so much during the process that in some ways it's a shame our new home is everything we dreamed of because it means we don't get to build again with Latitude Dunedin.

Easy, stress free, enjoyable and exciting are just a few of the words I would use to explain our experience with Latitude Homes Central Otago. Not only are the team at latitude professional, they are such a down to earth good bunch of people. From the day we went in for our first consult till the day they gave us the keys it felt like they truly cared about what we wanted and nothing was ever too much of an ask. We went in with a price and a home in mind. They did all they could to make it exactly what we wanted and to the price we could afford was no trouble at all. Not only did they absolutely nail what we were after they did it in a very short amount of time. I think it's fair to say, we would use Latitude Homes 100 x over.
