This means our houses are covered by the Master Builders 10 Year Guarantee for:

  • Loss of deposit 
  • Non-completion
  • Remedial work 
  • Defects in materials 
  • Defects in workmanship 
  • Structural defects 
  • Rot and fungal decay

Note that this cover is subject to the various exclusions and limitations set out in the Guarantee Terms and Conditions. The Guarantee is neither a contract of insurance or indemnity nor is it a maintenance contract.

We made contact with Lee initially because Latitude Homes allowed us to be a part of the build which suited us. We found Lee to be a wealth knowledge on there product, very informative and a pleasure to deal with, so we decided to go ahead and engage there services, we then meet Ross at our section to go over our ideas and thoughts, Ross was accommodating and professional. Throughout the build we have had communication from Ross and Lee that has been second to none always informing us of weekly progress as we live out of the area. A great thing was in the climate we are experiencing at the moment with rising building costs Latitude Homes came in under the budget that was set and we absolutely love our holiday home.
