We made contact with Lee initially because Latitude Homes allowed us to be a part of the build which suited us. We found Lee to be a wealth knowledge on there product, very informative and a pleasure to deal with, so we decided to go ahead and engage there services, we then meet Ross at our section to go over our ideas and thoughts, Ross was accommodating and professional. Throughout the build we have had communication from Ross and Lee that has been second to none always informing us of weekly progress as we live out of the area. A great thing was in the climate we are experiencing at the moment with rising building costs Latitude Homes came in under the budget that was set and we absolutely love our holiday home. We have just finished a new build in Taupo and absolutely love it! The team at Latitude Homes (Lee, Ross & Sue) were a pleasure to deal with - very responsive and excellent communication throughout the whole process.
