Our experience with Latitude Homes Hastings was very positive. We opted for the kitset option and co-ordinated the build ourselves with our own builder and sub contractors. Deb coordinated with our builder for the delivery of materials to site and was very easy to contact and have a conversation with when needed. We are extremely satisfied with the finished product and even happier that we came in under budget. The build was completed within the timeframe given. We intend to do this all over again and would consider going through Latitude Homes.

Latitude built us a great home in Central Hawkes Bay, this was well constructed and good value for money, plan changes were made to the standard plan to suit the layout on our section. We met with a colour consultant to go through our options, which was well worth the effort. Debbie did the final inspection with us, there was very little to correct and this was done within a few days.
