Your Manawatu Team

Graham and Kate, exemplify the values of diligence, teamwork, and effective communication. Having owned the Central (Manawatu and Taranaki) franchise for 10 years, Graham and Kate’s journey with Latitude Homes began when they decided to build their very own dream home. Having gone through the entire process of building a Latitude home themselves, they are well placed to help others navigate the journey with confidence and ease.

Graham’s extensive background in the building industry, having previously owned a successful local construction company, has given him invaluable insights into the nuances of the trade. He is also a present member, and past resident of the Master Builders Association. Combined with Kate’s organisational skills and attention to detail, they make a formidable team, capable of delivering high-quality work every time.

With Graham and Kate at the helm, you can feel confident knowing you’re in experienced and capable hands throughout your building journey.
