As novices, we had no idea where to start or how to go about building a home on our back section. Over many months we looked at other building institutes, GJ Homes and other kitset places, but gladly settled with Latitude Homes for a number of reasons: acknowledgement of our needs, expert knowledge of the building field, dedication to detail and the patience you had with us in making the right decision on which house to build.

The past year has not been without hitches, not of your making but the ongoing battle with the council took its toll. To your credit we came through this with heads held high… Thank you.

The outcome is a wonderfully finished four-bedroom home. It is to a very high standard and we couldn’t have asked for better craftsmanship. Not to mention that every tradesman that came onto our property did so with the utmost respect and professionalism. This is a credit to you both because it’s the people at the helm who dictate the workmanship protocol.

Hi Everyone,

There aren’t enough words to express the last year’s experience with you all. A big thank you to Stephen and Lynda - you have both gone over and above the call of duty and I am so humbled by my dealings with you.

From start to finish I have had an awesome experience. Even when due to personal circumstances the build was delayed you were very supportive and the heartfelt well wishes from you both were very much appreciated. I never doubted for a minute that my house would be built – it was just a matter of when.

Then in June we got started and from that time onwards it just kept going. Every stage was fantastic to see – from watching the slab go down to the framing going up. I knew my house was in the right hands from the builders to the tradesmen.

Then the house was complete and we had our walk through on the 14th November. A day I will never forget. I can firmly say that I have gained 2 new friends whom I already feel I’ve known for a lifetime.

Now I have moved in and I love it. Without hesitation I would recommend Latitude Homes to anyone. You rock Latitude Homes – you have the best people – I can’t emphasis that enough.

It's not often that we feel compelled to write a thank you letter when dealing with building companies but after our experiences with Latitude Homes we thought it only deserving to give credit where credit is due.
After much deliberation we finally settled on Latitude Homes to build our next project. Any fears we had prior to commencing our project were quickly dispelled once we began dealing with the Latitude team as their professionalism, understanding and dedication to realizing our dream was outstanding.
