Soffits	450mm or 600mm x 4.5mm James Hardie Hardiflex & jointers (unless otherwise specified on plans).
Fascia & spouting	Metalcraft Coloursteel fascia & gutter with white PVC downpipes.
Ceiling battens	70 x 35 chemical free timber battens.
Windows	Aluminum joinery as per plan with double glazed windows and H3.1 treated pine jambs with patio bolts to sliding doors (window flashings as required).
Front door	Grooved aluminium powder coated with gripset and Securiturn deadlock.
Garage door	Coloursteel ribline sectional door (if applicable) with 3 auto openers.
